- Tumis irisan bawang merah hingga layu,lalu masukkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan,tumis hingga harum,lalu tambahkan rempah-rempah,aduk rata.
- Tambahkan daun salma dan daun jeruk,lalu masukkan ayam,aduk sebentar kurang lebih 5 menit.
- Masukkan air dan santan,aduk rata,lalu masukkan air asam Jawa,aduk,masak hingga ayam empuk.
