- Cuci bersih tulang tulang daging.beri daun jeruk,daun salam,irisan jahe, lalu presto selama 30menit.
 - Bahan kering di sangrai atau di goreng tanpa minyak kemudian di tumbuk sampai halus.
 - Bahan halus di ulek kecuali serai.lalu di goreng.masukkan serai.tambah tambahkan gula,garam,Royco,vetsin.
 - Setelah tulang sapi di fresto ambil dagingnya lalu masukkan k panci tuang bumbu di panci beri air.tunggu sampai mendidih.
 - Lalu taburi bumbu kering k dlm panciatau kuah gulenya..
