- You need of Bahan biang.
 - Prepare 10 sdm of tepung tapioka.
 - Prepare 6 siung of bawang putih(haluskan).
 - You need Sesuai selera of masako sapi.
 - It's 1/2-1 sdt of garam.
 - It's 3 batang of daun pre(potong2 kecil).
 - You need 500 ml of air.
 - It's of Tepung campuran biang.
 - You need 250 gr of tapioka.
 - You need of Tepung pelapis kering.
 - Prepare 100 gr of tapioka.
 - You need of Bumbu Rujak/cocolan.
 - It's 1 siung of bawang putih.
 - It's 1 of sc terasi abc (bakar).
 - It's 4 of bj/sesuai selera cabe rawit.
 - It's 1 keping of gula merah (uk kecil).
 - You need 4 sdm of larutan asam jawa.

- Campur semua bahan biang dlm air keadaan dingin/belum dimasak, cicipin rasa jika dirasa uda oke masak sampai matang/bening.
 - Setelah matang masukkan kedalam tepung campuran biang aduk hingga rata.
 - Setelah rata pulung adonan sesuai selera dan pipihkan lalu baluri tepung pelapis kering, lakukan hingga habis, dan biarkan set sebentar.
 - Goreng cireng dg minyak banyak dan minyak benar2 panas.
 - Untuk membuat cocolan ulek semua bahan lalu tambahkan asam jawa yg sudh dilarutkan dg secukupnya air panas.
